Started from what you told Alex
We take it through counsel. Formed and filed.
Maddie signs off on readiness with you, then your 17 fund documents go to an independent law firm. Counsel reviews them, forms your entities, and files your Form D, with a one-hour wrap-up call at the end. There's no separate counsel fee for formation.
Article IV · Capital contributions

Article VII · Distributions
Preferred return and carried interest as you decide them with your advisors.

Start with $5,000Questions worth asking
Does this guarantee we raise the fund?
No. Nobody can promise that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Black Card builds a fund investors can evaluate. The raise is yours to run.
Who does the legal work?
An independent law firm reviews every document, forms the entities, and files the Form D. Fund Launch is not a law firm.
How long does it take?
Members set the pace. Your account manager maps the roadmap to your timing at the welcome check-in. Paying in full lets formation start right away.
What isn't included?
State filings and fees, ongoing tax, audit, accounting, and fund administration, and structures beyond one US domestic, single-asset-class, blind-pool fund.
Is Fund Launch giving us investment or legal advice?
No. Fund Launch is an education and technology platform. Advisors and independent counsel help you make your own decisions.
From idea to launch.
